Free Delivery
At It Just Got Personal, we are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, and your purchase should arrive within 3-5 working days after your order has been confirmed. However, during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer.
Orders Under £40
For orders under £40, a standard delivery charge will apply. The delivery cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Restrictions

- We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Personalised Items
Please note that returns are not accepted on personalised items. Personalised goods are made to order and are therefore non-refundable unless they are defective. If your personalised item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will provide instructions for the return and replacement of the product.
Returns
For non-personalised items, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Note that return shipping costs are not covered by It Just Got Personal unless the item is defective or we have made an error.
